Man dies three weeks after he and two others were shot in Toledo
TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - A man has died after he and two others were shot while sitting in a parked car in Toledo last month.
According to Toledo Police, officers found Samuel McBride, 23, suffering from at least one gunshot wound in a field near the 3300 block of Glenwood on Sunday, Sept. 26, after authorities were dispatched from a ShotSpotter alert.
Police said McBride was treated at the scene and taken to the hospital. He died at the hospital on Tuesday, Oct. 19, according to police records.
While investigators were still at the scene where McBride was found, Halloran McBride, 55, and Norbert McBride, 25, walked into the hospital with gunshot wounds. Police described their injuries as non-life-threatening.
Detectives said all three people were shot inside a vehicle that was parked on Glenwood.
No arrests have been made in this case and police are investigating it as a homicide. Those with information are asked to call Crime Stopper at 419-255-1111.
