Car runs into house in east Toledo, causes serious damage

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - A house suffered serious damage after a car crashed into it on Wednesday morning in east Toledo.
A female driver in her 20s was taken to the hospital after her car ran into a house on Navarre Ave., near E. Broadway. A male passenger fled the scene before authorities arrived.
The house and the porch are being stabilized until workers can perform an assessment on damages and needed repairs.
