Interstate reopens after being closed heading into downtown Toledo

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - Authorities have reopened I-75 South after closing the interstate for 30 minutes due to unsafe driving conditions.

There were reports of multiple cars getting flat tires due to potholes in the area.
